Nice to meet you—I’m Maria.

I’ve worked across Women’s Product Design and Raw Material Fabric Development at lululemon, followed by Outerwear Protection and Menswear at Canada Goose. This experience has shaped my ability to balance performance, consumer insight and trend. Styles I initiated have sold through, returned in subsequent seasons and become part of the core line—creating recognizable brand moments with staying power.

I’ve provided creative and design direction across product concepts, collection development and visual storytelling. I translate research, complex ideas, and data integration into cohesive collections, clear technical direction and compelling presentations that move product confidently from concept to market.

Design has been a constant throughout my life, beginning with drawing and sewing clothes for myself and my dolls. That curiosity still drives me today, now backed by industry experience, technical knowledge and proven commercial instinct.

Outside of design, I’m an avid yoga practitioner and cat lover who enjoys art, travel, food, learning and creating.
